Open infrastructure for automating cognitive labor

This project is building toward a world where most cognitive work is done by AI agents, and humans participate by choosing what matters and directing the effort. We call that role the bellows — the person who turns a spark into a fire.

If this works, it displaces a lot of jobs. We think the honest response is to build it openly, prove what works, and make the case that the output of automated labor should serve everyone — not just the people who own the machines. Abundance is a distribution problem, not a production problem.

Everything here is open. The patterns, the tools, the capability roadmap, the agent architectures. Pick an idea, delegate to agents, ship something real. The less human labor a task requires, the less excuse there is to gate it behind a paycheck.
